I really like Stride Rite too and my son needed the wideÂshoes for his chubby feet. Usually I will have him fitted there and buy one pair that's going to be his real workhorse,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], wear all the time shoe. then I'll just buy cheaper shoes (for things like church) that he rarely wears. His striderite shoes have also seemed to last much longer and hold up to wear better than something you might find in Target for example. I caved and bought some light-up Toy Story sneakers from Target last fall and they lasted about 2-3 months before they were falling apart and had to be trashed. He's been wearing his striderite sneakers/shoes for 5 months and he's only getting new ones because he's growing.
