The HSBC report on China's manufacturing purchasing manager's index and the U.S.Federal Reserve's monthly manufacturing survey from the Dallas district were due Monday.Tuesday's reports include the S&P/Case-Shiller home price report that covers 20 U.S. cities and the Fed's manufacturing survey for the central Atlantic states. On Wednesday, figures on Britain's gross domestic product will be released by the Office of National Statistics. The expectations include either slow growth or contraction.
