| Software glitch leads to recall of Honda Fit subcompacts

If the cars are equipped with certain tires, the software allows the rate at which the car changes direction -- the yaw rate -- to be greater than federal standards.The company said it has received no reports of deaths or injuries and learned of the problem while testing the cars.Honda is sending owners of the recalled cars notices telling them to bring the vehicles to a dealer for a software update. |
