I know this is way past the time you bought them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but here's some info from a former store manager. Any!! purchase can be returned for a full refund,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], regardless of time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or if they were worn,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if you have your original receipt (no copies,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or bank statements etc). If you do not have the receipt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you will be credited with a store credit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for the lowest sale price the shoes may have had. Depending on the age of the shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that could be the regular price or $2. It always helps to be as pleasant as possible, because if the associates are new they tend to have difficulty applying this very liberal refund policy. If they say no,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and you have your original receipt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ask to speak to the manager,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if they say no, because you don't have a receipt, ask to speak to the manager. Always be nice though, I know this can be difficult,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but most of the time, they are not trying to be mean, they just don't understand why Payless is okay with people returning worn shoes.
Some customers have abused this policy but the oldest purchase/return I did was 2.5 years apart (they had the original receipt). In that case,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the shoes hadn't been worn but I have returned shoes worn,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that showed up as zero value (because they were so old they were no longer in the system),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in those cases my store would credit $2 for a kid shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],$5 for a woman's shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and $10 for a man's shoe.
